Meals

Our aim is to consider local food-producers. Many of them are considering the biological production guidelines. Our cooking is of Mediterranian type.

By preparing the meals we are using mainly Olive-oil, which is rich on healthy, unsaturated fatty acids.

The room prices includes a rich continental breakfast. It can be taken between 07:45 and 09:30.

For the dinner we serve an Apéritiv-Maison, a 4-course menu (starter, main course, cheese, dessert) including a quarter of table-wine or a non alcoholic beverage and a coffee included. The dinner starts at 19:00.
